Intake.Tablets should be taken whole, squeezed with liquid, you can take during meals.In the acute stage of the disease - 0.5-0.75 g 2 times a day.The maximum daily dose is 1.75 g. For maintenance therapy - in an average daily dose of 500 mg for 2 divided doses (morning and night).With an acute attack of gout, the first dose is 825 mg;Then 275 mg every 8 hours. With algodismenorea - in the first dose of 500 mg, then at 275 mg every 6-8 hours for 3-4 days.With migraine, 500 mg.Rectal suppository usually prescribed for the night (1 candle 0.5 g).If necessary, the use of naproxenand, in high doses, can be combined in the appointment of candles and tablets.Children aged 1 to 5 years - in a daily dose of 2.5-5 mg/kg in 1-3 divided doses;the course of treatment should not exceed 14 days.With juvenile arthritis in children over 5 years of age, the daily dose is 10 mg/kg.A preferred dosage form for children is a suspension.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (in the phase of exacerbation), "aspirin" triad, oppression of bone marrow hematopoiesis, hepatic and/or renal insufficiency, pregnancy, lactation, children's age (up to 1 year). With caution of CHF, children's age (up to 16 years).
